What styles of brass & woodwinds do you teach?
Our private lessons provide one on one instruction on the exact techniques required for you to become an accomplished player and performer whether you are a lover of Swing, Funk, Jazz, Blues, Classical, or Big Band music. Emphasis is placed upon a relaxed approach to tone production and the proper use of air and embouchure to produce a musical sound. How qualified are your brass & woodwinds instructors? Our friendly instructors are highly qualified graduates of conservatories and schools of music with a passion for music and more importantly a passion for teaching. They are also experienced, professional musicians who are dedicated to providing personalized lessons to motivate you to keep practicing and having fun. What will I learn from brass & woodwinds lessons at the Academy? Our academy is committed to students of all ages and ability levels, giving you access to the best quality instruction, ensemble opportunities and performance experiences. Whether you are a beginner, interested in playing in an orchestra or a band, need to prepare for an upcoming event, or want to take your playing to the next level, we can help you achieve goals. Students also have the opportunity to participate in recitals, repertoire and ensemble groups. Do I need to purchase a brass & woodwinds to learn the instrument? Yes, you will need your own instrument. Our director can help you choose the best instrument. Please call or email us for advice. |

Sign up is easy and parent-friendly with helpful staff ready to serve you. Because we only offer lessons on a month-to-month basis, there are no large upfront payments, no complicated contracts, no annual material or performance fees, and no semester minimums.
